Fixes
- Fixed SFX not working in the tutorial.
- Fixed player spawn sound being audible at the start of the tutorial by fading in the SFX mixer group.
- Fixed a crash that occurred on the battle rewards screen when tapping on the tank preview before it had been initialised.
- Fixed enemy icons not being visible in the battle ready-up screen.
- Fixed the friend popup buttons disappearing immediately if you didn’t click where it would appear.
- Fixed friend popup button not updating correctly when a friend request was declined.
- Fixed the info presenter showing nothing.
